I don't have time to actually fix anything, but just knowing that ideas are coming to me is a good sign.
I'm working on the content edit job that never ends, but after it's done, I'll get paid, so there's that.
My personal life is looking up, so there's that, too.
Apparently my creative brain doesn't work when the rest of me is freaking out. Who knew?
So after this busy weekend is over, I'm going to finish up this content editing gig and hopefully I can do the minor tweaking that is necessary for me to fix this stinking book and get it published.
After that, I'm not sure what's on tap, but I'm sort of forcing myself to slow down a little bit this year. I have got to focus on getting my financials back in some semblance of a shape so I can feel comfortable monetarily investing in myself again. And I'm getting there. It's a process.
Did I show you the last thing I spent a bunch of money on? I had the Pierce Securities recovered, and I think they look freaking awesome. Haven't read the Pierce Securities yet? Give them a try, the first one is free!

I'm also working on audio for this series, and am up to final notes on Click's production. This is hard, because I keep hearing lots of not-so-wonderful things about ACX's audio production, but they're all I've used, and I'm so into this series that I'm afraid to start over somewhere else, I'm just hoping for the best with this and then I'll be moving on. But I'm not stopping in the middle of the series, because I'm exclusive there, and can't feasibly produce the second half of the series elsewhere...
But if you want to see that gem...
